The Après Edit Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Après Edit! We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Return Process:
- Contact our support team at heather@theapresedit.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
Refunds
Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items that show signs of wear or missing packaging).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at heather@theapresedit.com.
Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage for our review.
Lost Packages: The Après Edit is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time to process.
